A FUSION OF NEW AND TRADITIONAL METHODS Selection of the perfect oak barrels to enhance our wines is integral to winemaking at Fox Creek. Oak may be sourced from a number of different countries with each Cooperage using their own highly individualised production techniques in the creation of each barrel. These techniques hone the unique characteristics each and every barrel contributes to the wine.
