The new millennium of Pasqua Vigneti e Cantine began with the entry into the company of the third
generation, bringing innovative and unconventional vision to the company and marking the beginning of
a new philosophy. These years saw the conclusion of the construction of an innovative structure housing
the new winery in the heart of the company’s San Felice vineyards, the result of a huge investment with
the intention of giving future generations a unique heritage of savoir faire.
The winery, as witness to roots in its chosen territory and its striving for innovation, adopted business
strategies compatible with the needs of the environment, including reducing energy consumption to a
minimum with structures that naturally regulate the temperature and the minimization of packaging
waste (such as glass and paper) as well as maintaining all the main quality certifications ISO – BRC – IFS –
Organic.
